Embodied Healing Movement (EHM)

Combines simple human movements with sensory enhancement exercises to activate the embodied approach to movement. We call this the healing approach to movement by beginning where we are, no matter how we feel. No one knows better than you what is right for your body. Develop a relationship with your body based on body centered communication, the language of sensation. Learn to trust your body instinct, intuition ae avenues for our body to communicate to us. Embodied Healing Movement teaches us to listen to our body without fear and doubt clouding the message. When we listen to our body we can act in right-timing… with our body and the choices we make for our health.
